Vanessa graduated as a physiotherapist and she is also a Level 3 Personal trainer. She worked overseas for 10 years. She is currently in the process of completing her Comprehensive Pilates training. She sees Pilates as a vital tool to make exercise enjoyable and physically challenging experience for all ages and abilities. She is always looking to help people learn that they can ultimately calibrate their movements for optimal health and well-being, achieving a physical and mental balance.
