I always found exercise and human movement fascinating. I have been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I studied Human movement and biomechanics at the Hungarian University of Physical Education between 2001-2004. I taught exercise classes in Oxford from 2007 and regular Pilates mat work classes from 2010. Broadening my knowledge and trying a different direction in Pilates I started the Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Course in the autumn of 2017. The course had great impact on my professional development.
I think it is great to feel successful and at ease during every day life activities or excersie. Getting to know our body through movement can help us feel stronger in our bodies and aid in preventing injury and/or assist recovery from injury.
