The Reformer - Level 1 & Level 2 course is designed to take participants through a comprehensive journey of Pilates reformer exercises from beginner to intermediate levels. This self-paced program offers a structured approach to mastering Pilates techniques. You will learn about the principles of Pilates, movement precautions and contraindications, 20+ exercises and their modifications, program design and teaching skills. Teaching experience and a level 3 fitness qualification is a pre-requirement for this course.
